How does AI-powered product search work?
With an OpenAI API key configured, the chatbot can understand natural language queries like "suggest shoes under 7000" or "any red dress?" and extract structured filters (category, price, color, etc.). Without an API key, it uses keyword-based search which still works well.
How does WhatsApp handoff work?
When users request human support, the chatbot can connect them to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that includes their order ID, issue type, and contact details. Configure your WhatsApp number in the initialization code.
